We are currently seeking an Apprentice to join the team. This opportunity offers unparalleled real-world experience that surpasses that of any mining company. As part of this apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to complete a Cert 3 in Mobile Plant Technology (mobile plant equipment) AUR31220.
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of repair and service work, including fault diagnostics and repair, component rebuilds, mid-life overhauls, road transport repairs, fixed and mobile plant scheduled maintenance, as well as maintenance of the workshop and stores. Additionally, you will have the chance to accompany a tradesman in the field for field service work.
The ideal candidate for this position is punctual, a confident communicator, trustworthy, reliable, and safety-conscious. It would be beneficial to have a manual driver’s licence and your own means of transportation to and from the depot.
By completing a 4-year apprenticeship with us, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to tackle any task and work anywhere in the world with confidence as a technician, no matter the task at hand.
