As a Trainee ICT Support Officer, you will:
- ProvideÌýfirst-level technical supportÌýto users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log and prioritise incidents using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Assist with system maintenance, user onboarding, and documentation.
- Work closely with the ICT Manager and clients to deliver seamless IT solutions.
- Contribute to creating user-friendly guides and training materials.
91¹ÙÍø You:
- Currently pursuing or willing to enrolÌýin aÌýCertificate III or IV in Information TechnologyÌý(qualification supported through MEGT).
- StrongÌýcommunication skillsÌýand ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and a team player attitude.
- Basic knowledge ofÌýWindows/macOS environmentsÌý(preferred but not essential).
- Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicleÌý(required for onsite support).
